Imported Foods Corp is a leader in selling high quality, imported, food ingredients to established, well known, luxury hotels and restaurants in the downtown Boston Massachusetts area.  The company delivers product to its customers five days a week one to two times a day.  The owner considers the company motto to be “we will get you what you need when you need it, no exceptions”.  IFC typically has 15 to 30 orders a day which about half the items will be in stock; while the other half will be picked up by the drivers that morning and returned to the warehouse.  The company works with 12 vendors, all of who are located within 5 miles of the business.
